1. Office 365 ProPlus. Download the latest version of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more to all your devices for free! UFIT is pleased to provide access to free copies of Office 365 ProPlus to UF students, faculty, and staff with valid GatorLink ID.
2. In addition to the free software resources listed below, other software titles, including Microsoft and Adobe products, are available for purchase at reduced educational pricing at FIU Panther TECH.
3. Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud with the uninstaller that comes with the software. Restart the computer and attempt to install and activated. If issues continue, uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud software, restart, and download the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner tool. This is available on this Adobe support page.
4. Adobe Acrobat DC Pro is publishing software for viewing, creating, combining, and controlling Adobe PDF documents for distribution, collaboration, and data collection. If you are a student who needs access to Adobe Acrobat Pro, please submit a special request for Creative Cloud for Students.

About: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC software is the free global standard for reliably viewing, printing, and commenting on PDF documents. And now, it's connected to the Adobe Document Cloud − making it easier than ever to work across computers and mobile devices.

The following software packages are available to download. In order to access the download, you may need your NetID. Software designated for Administrators will require additional privilege.

• Antivirus Protection: AntiVirus & Anti-Spyware Software
• PuTTY: A free telnet and SSH Client for Windows and Unix platforms.
• FileZilla: A free cross-platform FTP software.
• Adobe: Run the latest version of Adobe Reader.

1. 1. Save any open files and close all windows except for the browser
   2. Click on the link
   3. Click Run
   4. Click Yes if you are prompted with a security warning
   5. Wait for setup to complete, which takes a few minutes
   6. When setup is complete, you will see an icone for NWRDC.hep on your desktop
   7. Close all open windows
   8. Restart the PC - Issues have been reported using Firefox. Please use Internet Explorer for best results and allow a few seconds for the download to begin. This software may only be downloaded from USF Desktops.

How to Validate the CeDiploma

A CeDiploma can be validated online one of two ways:

1) DIPLOMA VALIDATION PAGE: To ensure the Degree information is still valid, we highly recommend you visit the School’s official website, UF CeDiploma Validation, to perform an additional validation.

Enter the 12 digit CeDiD found in the upper corner of the CeDiploma, along with the first two letters of the name as it appears on the Diploma.

2) DIGITAL SIGNATURE: All CeDiplomas from the University of Florida are digitally signed by CeCredential Trust. When the document is viewed through Adobe Reader or Acrobat versions 9.0 or higher, it will reveal that a Digital Signature has been applied to the document.

Adobe Reader and Acrobat use a blue ribbon across the top of the document to indicate document has not been tampered with, and is therefore authentic.

Attn Mac users: When viewing an official electronic diploma from the University of Florida, the software utilizes Adobe’s secure certified PDF technology and therefore may only be viewed using the free Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat 9.0 or higher. The default Mac preview application will not display the document correctly.
