Can I turn off the Nvidia Graphics adapter on the 15-inch MacBook Pro with Retina and then use only the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 adapter to Calibrate the two external monitors with the NEC Spectraview II software?

Once I have calibrated the two external monitors with the NEC Spectraview II software and the integrated Intel HD Graphics 4000 adapter would I then be able to then use the calibrated monitors with the more powerful Nvidia Graphics adapter?
